Cherish The Moments

With Family, Friends & New Beginnings at Sterling Meadows

Welcome to Sterling Meadows , Montgomery County’s first assisted living community.

From our building’s rich 60 year history as Mount Sterling High School to its modern day renaissance as an assisted living residence and home to some of Mt. Sterling’s most trusted health care providers, Sterling Meadows is proud to be part of the fabric of our community.

Whether you are exploring a change for yourself, or looking for answers for someone you love, the team at Sterling Meadows wants to help you find the lifestyle that gives you the freedom and peace of mind to simply enjoy life with those you love.

What is Assisted Living?

An Assisted Living community is a place to live, make new friends, and receive help with tasks that are burdening your family. As a resident of Sterling Meadows you will enjoy the the privacy of your own apartment, the convenience of 3 homestyle meals, the care and support from our professional caregivers, and the company of a group of friends engaging in our wide ranging activities program

How do I know they are getting what they need?

Is my family suffering at home because I am so busy with mom and dad?

Are you like Tom and Julia?

We want to stay active and involved.

We’re done with taking care of a big house.

We don’t want to burden our children with worrying about what help we may need.

Are you like Caroline?

Caroline is a widow, her children are all busy with their own families, she is saying:

I am tired of doing my own cooking and eating alone.

My medications are getting complicated.
